New Products

New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

Warranty periods vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

Refurbished Products

Refurbished products may include a limited warranty as specified on the product page or sales invoice.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Power surge damage

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Accidental misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:
